All U.S. orders are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $25, regardless of order total. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Orders are generally processed within the same day or next business day after payment has been successfully confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Custom-made or specially prepared items may require additional processing time, which will be stated on the applicable product page whenever possible.

After your order has shipped, estimated transit time is generally 2–4 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

At Bailey Hair Company, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selections, wrong lengths, colors, textures, or other customer-selected options.

Please review all product details, variants, sizing information, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us at baileyhaircompanyatl@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or supporting information when applicable.

Once we receive your request, we will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law. Depending on the situation, a replacement, correction, or other appropriate resolution may be provided.

Items that have been worn, altered, cut, colored, washed, installed, styled, or otherwise modified may not be eligible for a resolution unless the issue relates to a confirmed defect.

Bailey Hair Company is not responsible for incorrect selections made by the customer at checkout. Please make sure your product, length, texture, color, shipping address, and contact information are correct before placing your order.
