Shipping policy

At Bailey Hair Company, we work to process and ship orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

All U.S. orders are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $25. Free shipping is not offered.

Orders are generally processed the same business day or the next business day after payment has been successfully confirmed. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

After your order has shipped, the estimated transit time is 2–3 business days. Transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, destination, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please note that custom wigs or specially prepared orders may require additional preparation time before shipment. Custom wigs may require additional production time, which will be stated on the product page or confirmed when the order is placed.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow the carrier time to update the tracking status after the package has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please carefully review your street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and phone number before submitting your order. Bailey Hair Company is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us at baileyhaircompanyatl@gmail.com so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where required.
