All U.S. orders are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $25, regardless of order total. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Custom-made or specially prepared items may require additional processing time, which will be stated on the applicable product page whenever possible.

After your order has shipped, estimated transit time is generally 2–4 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

At Bailey Hair Company, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selections, wrong lengths, colors, textures, or other customer-selected options.

Items that have been worn, altered, cut, colored, washed, installed, styled, or otherwise modified may not be eligible for a resolution unless the issue relates to a confirmed defect.
